Can I change plans later?+
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your billing settings. Changes take effect immediately and are prorated.
What happens after the trial?+
Choose a plan to continue using Bizzie. Your data is never deleted. You can come back and pick up where you left off.
Is GST included in the price?+
Prices shown are exclusive of GST. GST is added at checkout for Australian businesses.
Is my data secure?+
Yes. All data is hosted in Sydney, Australia on SOC 2 compliant infrastructure. Every database table is protected by row-level security policies.
Does my subscription renew automatically?+
Yes. Plans are billed monthly and renew automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing in the app.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. No lock-in contracts, no cancellation fees. Cancel yourself from Settings → Billing (no phone call or email required) and your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.
