Everything you need to runyour field service business

One platform, priced from your real costs. No integrations to maintain and no spreadsheets to reconcile.

Service pricing built from your real costs

Bizzie combines your employees, your equipment and your business expenses into one cost engine. Every service you sell gets a cost floor built from those numbers, and a price set to hold the margin you choose. When a wage, a machine or an overhead changes, the floor moves with it.

  • Loaded labour rates with super, WorkCover and leave loading built in
  • Equipment hourly cost from purchase price, lifespan, maintenance and hours of use
  • Overheads such as insurance, fuel, rego and phone spread across your billable hours
  • A what-if planner that reprices a service before you commit to buying anything

Per-job profitability

Every job shows its quoted price, its actual costs and its margin in dollars and percent. The numbers sit on the job itself, not in a quarterly report. When a job runs long, you see the margin move the same day.

  • Quoted margin compared with actual margin on every job
  • Labour cost from real time entries at loaded hourly rates
  • Equipment usage cost recorded against each job
  • Drift alerts when actual costs run past the quote

Crew-centric runsheet

One column per crew per day. Drag to reorder stops, assign jobs and plan routes on a map. The day carries its own numbers: projected revenue, cost and margin, including what the driving is costing you.

  • Drag-and-drop scheduling that syncs to the field in real time
  • Route planning with drive times between stops
  • Day economics: revenue, cost and margin per crew and per day
  • Multi-day jobs split cleanly across crew schedules

Estimates to Tax Invoices

Send an estimate, let the client approve it from their phone with no login, and turn the approved work into an ATO-compliant Tax Invoice with GST itemised and your ABN on it. Stripe handles card payments and Bizzie tracks the rest.

  • Online estimate approval through a client portal, no account needed
  • Tax Invoices with itemised GST and financial-year numbering
  • Card payments through Stripe, plus bank transfer and cash tracking
  • Automatic reminders before and after the due date

The cost engine

How Bizzie builds a price

Most software lets you type a price into a box and hope. Bizzie derives the price from three inputs you already know: what your people cost, what your gear costs and what it costs to keep the doors open.

1. Expenses become an hourly overhead

Enter the costs of keeping the business open: insurance, vehicle running costs, phone, software, accounting. Bizzie annualises them and spreads them across your billable hours, so every hour you sell carries its fair share of overhead.

2. Employees become loaded labour rates

A $32 an hour groundskeeper does not cost $32 an hour. With super, WorkCover, leave loading and overhead applied, and unbillable time accounted for, the true figure is closer to $49. Bizzie calculates that loaded rate for each employee and keeps it current when pay or costs change.

3. Equipment becomes an hourly machine cost

A $14,500 zero-turn mower with a five-year life, a maintenance budget and 1,200 hours of work a year costs about $3.25 for every hour it runs. Bizzie works this out from purchase price, expected lifespan, residual value and maintenance, for every machine you own.

Put together: a 90-minute large-block mow

Ninety minutes of loaded labour comes to about $75. Add the zero-turn, the blower and the trailer for the same window and the machines add roughly $7. That makes the cost floor about $82: the point below which the job loses money. Set a 35% margin on top and Bizzie prices the service at $129. If fuel jumps or you put a wage up, the floor moves and Bizzie shows you which services need a new price. That is the difference between quoting from cost and quoting from habit.
